Table1 summarizes the characteristics of the 7 patients. Postoperative anastomotic leakage occurred in two patients who had no relevant medical history. The other five patients all had relevant medical history, however, the anastomotic blood flow was good（C2 by transanal NIR-ICG AG）. The other side shows the details of the two patients with leakage without good blood flow（C3-4）.
